Hi I am planning a surprise picnic for an anniversary on Saturday for a few people. I would like to no if you are aloud to put up a small gazebo in the open green section nearer the band stand end where the trees are of the park where most people play sports and picnic. As the weather is not looking great for Saturday and this would be great to cover the food and us if the weather did in deed turn. Thank you very much.
