We liked walking the boardwalk trail. We spotted a bald eagle, and some turtles in the water. We also went down to the observation tower and saw the beach area there. It is small, but pretty.Full review by lbsunsets
We will be staying at the campground and I wanted to find out if you can walk to the Fisherman's Corner restaurant from the boat ramp area without having to walk the road from the park's main entrance?

Not sure. From the map it looks like it is possible. I had walked pretty much all the trails of the park, just not to the road from the Fisherman's corner.
