Yes, you are permitted to take all the pictures you want. I just had my car club there in April and it is a very informative tour. You listen to a lecture on how the horses evolved and how the rancher got started all with few jokes thrown in to the talk. then you walk the property viewing the beautiful horses and other livestock.
