Hi, is cell service strong enough where we can call for an Uber/Lyft from Seven Magic Mountains?

It’s pretty much right beside interstate barely out of town. I didn’t really look down at my phone but I’m pretty sure you’re safe. Usually a short stay there anyway.
Is this open 24 hours everyday? Including holidays like Christmas?

Says their "preferred hours" are sunrise to sunset but they're a bunch of colored rocks on public land with a parking lot. I don't think anyone is going to stop you from going anytime.
I wont have a car in las vegas but is it worth getting a taxi/uber there & back ? And if so, any idea at all on how much this may cost...?! Thanks in advance for any replies

Viator has a tour of Vegas sign and seven magic mountain from 24.99. They will pick you up from hotel and return you back after tour.
