Your elephant encounter begins in the Interpretation Centre where you are introduced to our elephants through beautiful photographic and informative displays. Our facilities are world class and our style of management ensures that our elephants interact with guests on their own terms within this controlled, free-range environment. Visitors to the park are privileged to have a personal encounter with our gentle giants, and leave having gained a new-found respect for these animals, as well as a better understanding of the African elephant and its plight across the continent. Most importantly, by visiting the Park and experiencing our elephant herd, guests make a direct contribution to elephant husbandry and care.

I also think that you can turn up and book but you may have to wait for a reasonable group to walk with. It would be better to talk direct to the Park. We just turned up early one morning and went out onto the feeding ground with a group of 10 or so. Didn't have to wait too long. Agree there is a nice café/restaurant on site and a gift shop. Enjoy the day and stay with the elephants as long as you want. No pressure to leave.
Hello, we will be visiting with our 8 and 5 year old children. We can't decide whether we should do the walk wih the elephants with breakfast or whether the "standard" visit and oppertunity to feed them is enough for the kids? Thank you for any advice.
