NYC Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani is facing endorsement challenges from top Democrats while visiting Uganda for family celebrations.

The Democratic mayoral nominee said Sunday he’ll travel to celebrate his wedding in the East African nation where he lived the first five years of his life.

Socialist Zohran Mamdani is back in Uganda, the country of his birth — but just to celebrate his wedding. The Democrat mayoral candidate, 33, announced the visit to the East African country in a video addressed to his “haters” on X on Sunday morning, and even found time to have a pop at The Post.

Meanwhile, Cuomo went to a Hamptons fundraiser hosted by a billionaire, where he said he'd move to Florida if Mamdani wins.

Mamdani wears his Ugandan roots proudly, and while he leases a rent stabilized apartment in Astoria, he actually owns four acres of land in Jinja, Uganda at the source of the Nile River, a patch of terra firma valued between $150,000 to $250,000 according to his annual financial disclosure report.
