Columbia University is coming down hard on pro-Palestinian students who took part in a recent takeover of Butler Library​, the school announced on Tuesday.

NEW YORK — Columbia University has expelled and issued lengthy suspensions to dozens of students for participating in the pro-Palestinian occupation of Butler Library just days before final exams in May.

Columbia University has disciplined over 70 students for participating in two student-led protests, a source familiar with the matter said.
