Three people were killed Friday morning in a neighborhood off Clinton Road in Fayetteville, according to a news release. The Fayetteville Police Department said multiple victims were located with critical injuries around 9 a.

Chief Ken Braden says shortly before 9:00 a.m. they got a call from someone inside the home on Bellarthur Lane.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department (FPD) is conducting a death investigation after three people died from stab wounds. Police were called to the 200 block of Bellarthur Lane just before 9 a.m. Friday. Responding officers found multiple people with critical injuries. FPD says when EMS arrived all three had died.
