Chelsea have completed the double signing of Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo from Sporting Lisbon, agreeing a combined fee of around £62.5 million ($81 million) for the pair.

Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Sporting Lisbon's Geovany Quenda and Dário Essugo in a joint deal worth up to €74.4 million ($81.15 million), the Portuguese side confirmed on Wednesday.

Geovany Quenda and Dario Essugo will soon be property of Chelsea, according to Sporting, as the Blues agreed to buy the former for approximately $57 million and the latter for about $24 million.

Sporting CP have confirmed via an official statement that they have agreed deals with Chelsea for the transfers of both Geovany Quenda and Dário Essugo, for a combined fee of around €74.4m (£62m).
