Desiree Leigh Grace, who was promoted by Habba, will now serve as the US attorney for the District of New Jersey, according to an order from a federal judge.

In response, Democrats are now thinking of ways to counter. California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Democrats should consider redrawing maps if Texas follows through, because of “the existential threat of what Donald Trump and some of these Republican states are trying to do.”
