By Nidal al-Mughrabi CAIRO (Reuters) -Israeli tanks pushed into southern and eastern areas of the Gazan city of Deir Al-Balah for the first time on Monday, an area where Israeli sources said the military believes some of the remaining hostages may be being held.
The head of the agency that helps oversee aid deliveries to the territory had previously criticized the impact of Israeli military attacks on civilians.
The city is packed with thousands of displaced people - it's also believed Israeli hostages are being held in the area.
Israeli tanks have pushed into Gaza's Deir Al-Balah for the first time, where sources say the IDF believe some of the remaining hostages may be held.
