Professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan died Thursday at the age of 71. TMZ reports medics were called to the iconic grappler’s Clearwater, Florida home for reports of a cardiac arrest. Numerous police cars and EMTs responded to the scene where Hogan was carted out of the home on a stretcher.

The pop culture legend saw his widespread popularity fade in recent years due to allegations of racism and his support for Donald Trump.

Hogan was popular in the world of professional wrestling before the movie debuted. But when he landed the role of the wrestler who took on Rocky in a charity match, he became a worldwide star. He made an appearance on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and after that, he became a celebrity beyond the wrestling world.
