Funeral plans announced for Roswell officer killed in line of duty
The Roswell Police Department has released funeral plans for 24-year-old Officer Jeremy Labonte, who was killed in the line of duty. His public visitation is scheduled for Feb. 11 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Roswell United Methodist Church.

GBI identifies suspect in fatal shooting of Roswell Police officer
According to the GBI, when the officer approached the suspect for questioning, Espinoza allegedly pulled a handgun and fired multiple shots at the officer. A witness called 911 and the responding officers arrested Espinoza. The officer was taken to a local hospital but died from their injuries. The officer's identity has not been released.
Roswell honors fallen Officer Labonte with a visitation and encourages donations through the authorized PayPal fund.
The GBI, Wrens Police Department and Wrens County Sheriff Office all responded to a shooting at an apartment complex in Wrens on Monday, according authorities.
