Alpental will begin replacing its Edelweiss chairlift this spring, a project that is expected to last throughout the summer.

Mitigation in this zone is necessary for the rest of the ski area to safely operate. So, despite Alpental having several other lifts, it can’t stay open beyond April 13 once Edelweiss stops turning.
