The new midsize Qin L EV is “about to debut,” BYD posted on social media today. Last May, BYD launched the Qin L DM-i, a hybrid car based on its new fifth-generation DM (hybrid) technology.

The BYD-branded models on display include the Qin (pronounced but not written "Chin ... The LED light is the identical blue found in DENZA logo and in the body paint of the car.
