A Salvadoran family is suing a Sacramento funeral home for sending them the wrong body and then later shipping them the correct remains in a state of decomposition.

Quintanilla died on Nov. 7, 2024. After his death, the family decided to have his remains taken to his hometown in El Salvador for an open-casket funeral with extended family and old friends.
