Hunting and fishing giant Bass Pro Shops is acquiring its outdoor gear competitor Cabela's in an all-cash deal valued at $5.5 billion, the companies said on Monday.
Bluegreen said Bass Pro Shops accounted for 14 percent of its $254 million in timeshare sales in 2018. Bass Pro drove 15 percent of Bluegreen’s business in 2017 and 16 percent in 2016.
It's official: Bass Pro Shops has purchased Cabela's, and the $4 billion sale was completed Monday, the companies announced.
