The attack on the outskirts of Lebanon’s capital was the second in less than a week, raising fears that a cease-fire between Israel and Hezbollah could unravel.

The Israeli military has struck a building in Beirut’s southern suburbs. Lebanese authorities say that at least four people were killed and seven others were wounded in the attack.

The airstrike came without warning days after Israel launched an attack on the Lebanese capital, Beirut, on Friday for the first time since a ceasefire ended fighting between Israeli forces and the Hezbollah militant group in November.
