Pennsylvania sportsbooks lose $6.5M on Eagles' Super Bowl win
According to figures released Thursday by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, sportsbooks lost a net $6.5 million on Super Bowl LIX. A record $101.5 million was bet on the Super Bowl with Pennsylvania sportsbooks, a 20.4% increase over the previous high mark set in 2023, when the Eagles lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII.
