OCEAN CITY – White, bright and beachy, the four-tiered seashore-themed cake was more than just awesomely delicious; it was a depiction of Ocean City good enough to eat.

During the Sept. 28 Jonas Brothers concert at the LDLC Arena in Paris, the "Just in Love" artist, 35, performed his hit song "Cake by the Ocean" from his side project, DNCE, with one caveat.

That’s why Cake Picnic founder Elisa Sunga held her first picnic at Potrero del Sol Park last spring. She put out a call on Instagram, expecting 15 people — but 250 showed up.
