For Sarah, 54, second wife of Formula 1 legend James Hunt who died in 1993, has revealed she's suffering from breast cancer and is currently undergoing her third round of chemotherapy.

Hunt married his second wife, Sarah Lomax, in 1982; they had two sons. The couple split in 1988, but remained on friendly terms. By then, Hunt had lost much of his money in bad business deals.
