All it'll take is a nice, warm rain in New Jersey to trigger millions of cicadas to emerge from the soil and into our backyards. Their presence noted with the signature "buzz" as they stretch their six legs after 17 years underground and take to the trees.

Although it won't be like 2024's "cicada-geddon," parts of the U.S. will see another round of the noisy insects again this year -- including some Virginians.
