Kim Soo Hyun’s highly anticipated press conference on March 31 has ignited a fresh wave of criticism with netizens slamming him for referencing his hit K-drama 'Queen of Tears' while addressing the controversy surrounding his alleged relationship with Kim Sae Ron.

Calling the amendment to be coined the 'Kim Soo-hyun Prevention Act', the petitioner urged lawmakers to make an amendment to statutory rape laws to include ages 13 to 19.
