OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (KCTV) - The family of a woman killed after flash flooding in Overland Park on Monday says she was a person who was friendly to everyone she met and loved to go on her daily walks.
The victims have been identified as neighbors who live nearby the park and walk in the trail every day. KPRC 2’s Bryce Newberry spoke with one of the victims’ son, Willie Fuentes.
"I don't think that kid would survive if it, if it wasn't for his dad," said a man who reached the family after the attack.
