Meta’s higher-end Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses with a built-in screen may be coming sooner than you think! Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman is reporting that they may launch as early as the end of this year — probably being announced at this year’s Meta Connect.

Forget the Ray-Ban Meta Wayfarer, Meta may bring out a pair of smart glasses with a built-in screen as early as later in 2025, currently dubbed Hypernova.

Bloomberg says that Hypernova will cost over $1,000 and could sell for as high as $1,300 to $1,400. For comparison, the current Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses start at $299.
