Using twigs and wire, form a square wreath frame. 3. Attach the cross, using wire, to the center of the square wreath, to form a “window-like” wreath.

With some wreath forms, dowel rods, zip ties, hot glue, and sink or bath mats, you can make a stunning outdoor side table on a budget (everything at the store is $1.25).
