The clueless crooks — on dirt bikes and ATVs — gleefully recorded themselves last month surrounding a moving tow truck with a flatbed on the Bruckner Expressway Service Road at Bruckner Boulevard.

The children used the working ATV to tow the broken ATV back to the Cleaver home. While in tow and being steered by E.C., the broken ATV overturned, ejecting and injuring E.C.

The ATV was being operated by two girls, ages 11 and 15. The 15-year-old was seated behind the 11-year-old and in control of the ATV at the time of the crash, the news release said.
