The Vista Montana Apartments community brings much-needed affordable housing to Watsonville with its 132 apartment homes, many of which were designed for larger families.

GILBERT, AZ-Acacia Capital Corp., an investment firm in California, has bought Vista Montana Apartments, a multifamily complex comprising 341 units in Gilbert, for $28 million.
