The pilot of a single-engine aircraft is dead after his plane went down shortly after takeoff from Lancaster Airport on Sunday morning. The Lancaster County Coroner's Office on Sunday night identified the pilot as 58-year-old Musaddiq Nazeeri, of Lebanon. A family physician of the same name practices in Lebanon.

Just two and a half minutes after the plane was cleared for takeoff Sunday morning at Lancaster Airport, air traffic control started calling out for the pilot, according to an audio recording.
