The Jacksonville Jaguars announced the addition of two new coaches to their staff on Wednesday, July 23. The new additions arrive as part of the NFL’s Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellowship program. Sean Embree and Jordan Scarlett join the Jaguars coaching staff that has already made big changes in their top positions this off season.

Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars kicked off training camp with a pop quiz. Lawrence faced 100 questions about quarterback duties, answering 85 correctly.

Training camp is underway for the Jacksonville Jaguars, but before that first practice, Travis Hunter, along with Trevor Lawrence, Brian Thomas Jr., and others, got together to work out. On his YouTube channel, Hunter uploaded the video for everyone to see.

ESPN ranks the Jacksonville Jaguars' 2025 starting lineup 22nd overall, citing a strong pass rush but a weak offensive line. The team's biggest strength is their pass rush, led by Josh Allen and Travon Walker, while the offensive line remains a concern.

The Jaguars’ second-round selection in the 2023 draft, Bigsby recorded a 0.01 EPA per rush compared to Etienne's minus-0.13, and outrushed Etienne over that stretch 147-103. Bigsby also compiled a 38.8-percent success rate (Etienne finished at 35.9 percent) and 2.33 yards after contact per attempt (Etienne had 1.36).

Brown has acclimated well to Campanile's more zone-heavy defensive scheme, regularly making plays on the football during OTAs and minicamp. With Tyson Campbell on one side and Jourdan Lewis in the nickel, reliable play from Brown at the other cornerback spot could help form a strong trio at this position.

‘Pressure Rate Allowed’ is often the stat seen most often to gauge offensive line play, however, teams like the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins can artificially inflate or rather deflate their pressure rates with quick times to throw. Thus, average ‘Time to Pressure’ was also used to evaluate the importance of offensive line play.

Teams have reported for NFL training camp, with preseason games for Florida's teams starting Aug. 9. Also, high school football practices begin Monday.
