Advanced weather modelling maps suggest heavy snow and rain will soon spell an end to the mini-heatwave that is currently bringing balmy temperatures to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Brits have been warned to brace themselves for a snow storm which could hit the UK as early as next week. New maps by WXCharts revealed the suspected storm could disrupt several areas on April 14.
