Bell’s 12th career victory and his second straight in the Phoenix spring race came by a mere 0.049-second, making it the second closest finish in NASCAR Cup Series history at the one-mile track. It also made the Oklahoma native the first driver to win three consecutive races in the current Cup car since it was introduced in 2022.
