To fix Blurry Text, Apps and Fonts in Windows 11/10, you can use Advanced Display & Graphics Settings, Disable DPL virtualization, Lower the overall Windows DPI setting, etc.

Turn off DPI scaling. If changing the scaling doesn't help, turn off the scaling entirely by setting it to 100%. When you do this, the text should no longer be blurry.
