Fallout 3 has never really been what you might describe as 'a looker'. ... Fallout; Fallout 3 graphics mod makes slightly scruffy 2008 game-world look like a next-gen wondergame.

The mod is the work of The Capital Wasteland Project, which aims to recreate all of Fallout 3 in Fallout 4, along with the added benefits to graphics, physics, and performance.
