Cherry blossom trees are starting to bloom for the 2025 season around NYC, as they reach their peak in Washington, D.C.

The cherry blossom trees in University Circle and the Brookside Reservation of the Cleveland Metroparks don't look like the above picture yet, but we're not far off. They will be hitting peak bloom in early April,

The Cherry Blossom trees have now reached stage 4, also called the Peduncle Elongation phase, according to the National Park Service.
