A drainage pipe has collapsed on the I-80 near Exit 37 in Rockaway, causing multiple lanes to close. “IT’S NOT A SINKHOLE.” That's what NJDOT wants to make it clear in its press release this morning.

The DOT says that the left lane and shoulder are closed on the eastbound side of the highway near milepost 37.
