Ten men escaped from a New Orleans jail on Friday and four have been apprehended, officials with the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office said.

Kirkpatrick noted that she received names and mugshots of the escapees by her 11:20 a.m. press conference. Councilmember Helena Moreno asked why there was a delay in providing that information.
