Russia and Ukraine again exchanged a series of major overnight drone strikes as the two sides maneuvered ahead of a possible resumption of ceasefire talks later this week.Renewed talks -- if they do happen -- would take place as both Kyiv and Moscow near new records for the scale and intensity of cross-border strikes,

MOSCOW (Reuters) -Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on Saturday that air defence systems had downed two drones en route to Russia's capital. "Another drone attack on Moscow has been repelled. Emergency services specialists are working at the site where the debris fell," he said on Telegram.

"The suitcase was found to contain an American Colt Commander, .45 caliber with three empty magazines," Russian officials said.

The future of a planned second Chick-fil-A restaurant in Moscow is uncertain as the restaurant has not publicly confirmed the new location. The City of Moscow’s planning division confirmed that building plans and permits for a new restaurant on Pullman Road have been reviewed by the city and paid for by Chick-fil-A.

The Kremlin has confirmed its interest in a third round of negotiations proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky between Kiev and Moscow to end the war. At the previous meeting, both sides exchanged their position papers,
