The Miami Dolphins placed recently signed tight end Darren Waller on the physically unable to perform list along with veteran guard Liam Eichenberg as they opened training camp on Tuesday. Waller came out of retirement last month to play on a one-year deal with Miami.

Some are puzzled by the Dolphins trading for 32-year-old Darren Waller. But whatever you think about the move, consider it a success story. Waller is sober, and he’s playing football again.
