（德国之声中文网）据路透社报道，中国电池制造商宁德时代（CATL）将通过其在香港的二次上市募资53亿美元，这将成为今年全球最大的一次 股票 发行，也是自2021年快手科技募资62亿美元以来香港最大的一次IPO。今年3月，日本JX Advanced Metal公司在东京进行了IPO，融资金额相当于30亿美元。

三菱化学5月15日宣布，其子公司MU Ionic Solutions Corporation (MUIS)已与 宁德时代 (CATL)签订了锂离子二次电池专利技术许可协议。

据知情人士透露，中国电动车电池制造商宁德时代（CATL）告诉投资者，公司计划以每股263港元的价格发行股票。由于信息尚未公开，知情人士要求匿名。263港元是公司在本周一开始接受投资者认购时设定的最高价格。据悉，宁德时代预计将在本周三截止接单。

招股说明书显示，已有20多家基石投资者认购了总计约26.2亿美元的股份。其中，科威特投资局（KIA）已承诺投资5亿美元，是此次IPO中最大的基石投资者之一，其管理的资产规模高达9230亿美元。
