3. Tracking shot (or dolly shot) This complicated shot follows the movement of actors, objects, or vehicles in the frame by mounting the camera on a dolly or using a skilled Steadicam operator.
While a dolly shot typically moves closer to or farther from a subject or tracks that subject (moves parallel with the action) through a scene, you can use a tripod dolly in any way you’d like.
Adjusting the circumference of a circular dolly shot is as easy as just pivoting the Pocket Skater 2’s two back wheels, or they can be all aligned for smooth zooms or tracking shots.
