Motorists faced delays on the M5 this afternoon, Thursday, April 3, after a lorry crash. Traffic was held following a collision on the M5 at its junction with the M49, near the Avonmouth Spur.

Traffic has ground to a halt on a section of the M49 due to a vehicle fire. The blaze broke out this afternoon, March 15, on the northbound carriageway from M5 junction 18 to M4 junction 22.
