A behind-the-scenes billing change in Manitoba’s health care system is expected to ease paperwork for doctors and expand access to hospital care for some of the province’s most vulnerable residents.

The new plates join a wide range of specialty plates that let Manitoba drivers show their support for everything from local sports teams to charities.
