SailPoint Inc.'s initial public offering (IPO) opened at $23 per share. The company had announced the pricing of its upsized IPO, which consists of 60,000,000 shares of its common stock, at $23 per share.

That included 57.5 million shares of common stock to be issued and sold by SailPoint and 2.5 million shares of common stock to be sold by existing stockholders. The company also gave its underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 9 million shares of common stock at the IPO price.
