Two of the nation's biggest credit card companies hope to combine forces. Capital One has offered to buy Discover Financial in a deal valued at $35 billion.

The Capital One Savor Cash Rewards Credit Card earns 4% cash back on dining with a $95 annual fee and the Capital One SavorOne Cash Rewards Credit Card earns 3% cash back on dining with no annual fee.
