A 17-year-old was seriously injured in a shooting Tuesday evening, Minneapolis police said. Officers responded to the shooting around 7:20 p.m. on the 600 block of Dowling Avenue North. There, they found a 17-year-old with life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was brought to the hospital.
