Jul 17, 2023 · Wren has really bad online reviews, I’ve just quoted to fit one, my first Wren and asked on some carpenters sites should I add a “Wren tax?” The general consensus was, quality was better than Howdens and Diy and 9 times out of 10 all is good however customer service is dire and they can be tardy with replacement parts.

Jun 25, 2019 · Just take your DIY kitchens quote to Howdens. If they're like for like then they'll price match it. There's literally no point dealing with Wren. If someone supplies your kitchen from stock and gives you the ability to make last minute changes or quickly rectify any wrong bits, then that wins hands down over waiting for Wren.

No one would want a dangerous kitchen but some may think going to Wren is a luxury experience whereas others will consider Wren a budget option and so have lower expectations of the final outcome.

Jul 13, 2023 · I got my kitchen from DIY Kitchens and have been so pleased with the results - a fraction of the comparable Wren price and no hiccups during self-design and delivery stages. My joiner commented that they were much better quality than a Wren kitchen he'd fitted a few months earlier - this was in 2020 so things may have improved.

Feb 22, 2022 · 'Why use Wren fitters' is really irrelevant at this point. There is no way the OP will be able to get a good, independant fitter at short notice. They really are stuck with Wren. They need to press the point that they either get installation at the date and price originally agree or they want to cancel the entire contract.

Nov 1, 2016 · Our extremely stressful experience with Wren Kitchens has been going on for over 12 months. There is no denying the kitchen looks good. Their were issues along the way all caused by very poor customer service and constantly broken promises culminating in a court case to try and force Wren to fix the worktops not installed correctly.
